Oxana Bristowe - Founder and Managing Director
Oxana’s introduction to the world of coaching, competition and achievement began at the age of 7 in Ukraine, her country of birth. She was officially selected for a sporting career and began her 10 year journey as a singles and doubles table tennis player. Intensive training helped her to learn the skills which she has applied throughout her life - focus on goals, resilience, teamwork and what it takes to succeed. Through sport she developed people skills, independent thinking and the love of travel and adventure. Following a successful international sporting career she qualified as a table tennis coach in order to help others develop their potential.
In her early 20s Oxana went to Australia to explore new opportunities, to finish her higher education and embarked upon a business career. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in History in Australia and followed that with an MBA at the prestigious Mount Eliza Business School in Melbourne, specialising in International Human Resources Management. She began working with disadvantaged members of the workforce in a not-for-profit organisation which was very rewarding as she helped others to achieve their goals.
In 2001 Oxana took another major step to expand professionally and personally. She relocated to London and moved into the executive search sector, starting as Head of Research at one of the leading international executive search firms. Following promotions at two other international search firms including spending eight years at Partner level, Oxana followed her calling to establish her own company where she could develop and implement new ideas and opportunities, bring together all of her skills and experience in order to better serve international clients. To support that process she studied coaching with Cambridge University and qualified as a coach with the Quantum Success Coaching Academy in the United States.
Over the past decade Oxana has successfully completed over 200 board and senior management appointments for international clients across the natural resources and other sectors. These have mainly been at Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Non-Executive Director, Advisor, Country Manager, Divisional Head and Senior Technical levels.
Oxana is passionate about promoting and facilitating opportunities for men and women. She is active in forums such as Women In Mining and Global Women Petroleum & Energy Club, and she coaches and mentors clients around the world to help achieve their personal and professional goals.
Outside of work Oxana is a dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner. She continues her personal development discipline by working with mentors, advisors and coaches to help her to expand, grow and incorporate her learnings into her business.
With her extensive international personal network, passionate approach and complete dedication to the client, Oxana's client base comprises those who seek results.
As well as our core team in London we extend our resources using contract research staff, providing additional language and sector skills. This gives the necessary flexibility to support client requirements whilst delivering unmatched value.
