Oxana Bristowe - Founder and Managing Director
Oxana is a former professional international table tennis player and she started her career as a singles and doubles table tennis professional coach in Ukraine. In her early 20s she relocated to Australia to explore new opportunities and gained a Human Resources MBA at the prestigious Mount Eliza Business School in Melbourne. She began working with disadvantaged members of the workforce helping them to achieve their career goals.
In 2001 Oxana relocated to London and moved into executive search, starting as Head of Research at a leading international executive search firms. Following promotions at two other international search firms, including eight years at Partner level, Oxana followed her calling to establish her own company where she could develop and implement new ideas and opportunities. She studied executive coaching at Cambridge University and obtained her coaching certification in the United States. Since 2017, Oxana has been a trusted career coach to over 25 senior managers and executives from many countries in Europe, Africa and Asia. Oxana speaks fluent Russian, Ukrainian and English.
Over the past decade, Oxana has successfully completed over 200 Board, Advisory and Senior Management appointments for international clients across the natural resources and related industries. Her current focus is on helping organisations with issues around corporate sustainability, Corporate Governance, ESG, diversity and inclusion.
Oxana is passionate about promoting and facilitating opportunities for women. She is an active member in Women In Mining, LeanInEnergy, Access for Women in Energy, Global Women Petroleum & Energy Club, and the Women of Influence Mentoring Scheme at Cancer Research UK.

Alexandra Kirienko - Marketing and Communications Manager
Alexandra joined Oxana Bristowe in December 2019 as Marketing and Communication Manager, following a very rewarding and successful career at top investment bank Jefferies International as an equity analyst sales in their City of London office. Her previous experience was at the World Refining Association/Energy Exchange, organising independent industry-leading conferences for stakeholders in the energy sector. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with First Class Honours in Economics and Philosophy and speaks fluent Russian, English, Mandarin Chinese and German. She is also working towards an MSc Behavioural Science at the LSE. Alexandra is passionate about finding the right path to personal success and a “Creating Winners” mindset. She brings energy, talent, intellect and creativity to support Oxana Bristowe’s clients.
Robert Waterhouse - Non-Executive Director
A long career in the civil service, public sector and private sector gives Robert unusually broad experience. He studied History of Science under Professor John Marks and seeks to apply a historian's eye to business issues. Before moving into manufacturing industry at CEO level Robert had worked in telecommunications, been head of operational planning and performance appraisal at the British Post Office and the head of operational policy at Royal Mail. His experience of smaller businesses includes ladies fashion boutiques, high-performance cars and commercial property. From 2001 he focused upon the Oil and Gas sector including oil exploration from space using satellite technology. He has spoken on investment and exploration issues at Finding Petroleum events at the Geological Society in London. His priority today is upon what he sees as the key areas of business success: the selection, development and coaching of managers.
